The Mt. Spokane WA boys 4x400m relay team of Bradley Runge, Jackson Hale, Ben Sonneland and Bode Gardner set a 3A state meet record with a time of 3:18.34 to win the state championship final at the Washington WIAA Outdoor State Championships at Mt. Tahoma High School in Tacoma on Saturday.
