Bishop Blanchet WA's Vincent Recupero won the 3A boys 3,200m state title in 8:58.61 in one of most the talented fields ever assembled at the Washington WIAA Outdoor State Championships. Lakes WA's Cruize Corvin finished second to Recupero in 9:00.00, with Seattle Prep WA's Jack Henzke in third (9:00.22), Walla Walla WA's Brody Hartley in fourth (9:01.22), Mercer Island WA's Owen Powell in fifth (9:01.33), Mt. Spokane WA's Parker Westermann in sixth (9:01.66), Bishop Blanchet WA's Will Schneider in seventh (9:08.36) and Mt. Spokane WA's Ben Smith in eighth (9:08.91) at Mt. Tahoma High School in Tacoma on Saturday.
